Automatic Mineral Water Bottling Pet Bottle Filling Machine

The machine is composed of:

• INFEED CONVEYOR / AIR BLOW CONVEYOR:
• 8 FEET long infeed conveyor with S.S. guided.
• Empty bottles have to be compelled to be loaded manually on this conveyor.
• RINSING SYSTEM (18 head)

The bottle’s square measure mechanically picked by the removal rotor, using spring-loaded grippers.
Bottles square measure inverted mechanically to start out the removal cycle that in most cases used product water because of the rinse medium.

FILLING SYSTEM (18 head)

The filling system fills every bottle to the desired volume adopting the Vent pipe filling principle for accurate filling. The mechanical spring-loaded filling valves are actuated automatically by the bottles when upraised up to start filling.

CAPPING SYSTEM (9 head)

In the capping system, the bottle’s command at the neck firmly throughout capping to supply fully leak-proof results. Hopper which can accommodate up to one thousand caps.
