Bottle Rinsing, Filling & Capping M/C

We area unit happy to send the quotation for our automatic NECK holding, filling & capping machine
90 BPM for bottling non-carbonated mineral water in the standard range of PET bottles and plastic cap sealing.

The machine is composed of:

INFEED CONVEYOR / AIR BLOW CONVEYOR:

8 FEET long infeed conveyor with S.S. guided. Empty bottles need to be loaded manually on this conveyor.

RINSING SYSTEM (18 head)

The bottle area unit mechanically picked by the removal rotor, using spring-loaded grippers. Bottles area unit inverted mechanically to start out the removal cycle that in most cases used product water because of the rinse medium. Mechanical rinse valve provides the feature, that safeguards against wastage of treated water. Than when bottle area unit command at the neck, there is no distortion of the bottle profile. At the top of the removal cycle, the bottle is drained of most residual water, before being straightened out and handed over to the filling rotor.

FILLING SYSTEM 18 head)

The filling system fills every bottle to the desired volume adopting the Vent pipe filling principle for accurate filling. The mechanical spring-loaded filling valves are actuated automatically by the bottles when raised up to start filling.

In this stage again the bottles are held at the neck by neck holding lifters.

CAPPING SYSTEM (9 head)

In the capping system, the bottle’s command at the neck firmly throughout capping to provide completely leak-proof results.

Hopper which can accommodate up to one thousand caps.

OUTFEED CONVEYOR

16 feet long SS slat conveyor with SS guide.
